With a landscaped garden setting and comfortable rooms or cottages, this low-key beachfront resort is popular with package tours and Chennai expats. The design is small and secluded enough to have an intimate atmosphere and there’s a lovely open-air poolside restaurant. It’s about 3.5km north of town.
