The colours of the bedspreads, frilly yellow and red ceiling curtains in the restaurant, and thangkas in some bedrooms all show a reference to Sikkimese monastic art. Rooms are large with clean wooden floors and well fitted-out bathrooms. Out of season, bargaining can make this the most appealing option in town.
