    The Best Place for a Quick Eat in Gangtok!!

    By far the best place for a quick eat in Gangtok. The menu is short and sweet the service is fast and friendly. You can get a variety of "Rolls" the best being the double egg and cheese with everything.....well except for the catchup (unless you like that). You can also get some of the best momos in town here and sometimes they will even give you a sample while you are waiting for your roll to be freshly made in front of you. I traveled all over India and this was the only place I found with rolls quite like these, and believe me I looked. If you go to Gangtok the Roll House IS the place to eat. There is no place to sit at this hole-in-the wall joint only a small counter separating you from the food being prepared. The small space is usually crowded with locals that also flood out in to the steep stairway the Roll house is located just off of so you will need to work your way in there to place your order, but don't worry you will not be ignored or pushed aside here, they are happy to see and serve you.
