    best restaurant in the city

    tannasaurus recommends this,

    i went to this restaurant situated just near the jagdish temple and tried several dishes including snacks and indian vegetables which in my knowledge by far the best food i had during my visit to udaipur and the service was evenly good so i would like to rate it as the best restaurant in the city.

    Bad food. Dont ever try the pasta.

    The pasta was horrible, looked like noodles dipped in bad tomato puree, the chocolate shake tasted like bournvita in cold milk and the pancakes would have made a good supplement to a paratha.

    we found this restaurant when we were walking through Udaipur. you do have to walk quite some stairs, but the view you get is great!
    from the rooftop you look down at the temple and some very busy streets, so you can just sit down and watch the daily life pass by.

    the indian food, as well as the chinese food and the pancakes are really. especially the indian food actually!
    the waiters are patient, nice and very helpful when you have questions about the food (it's possible to watch in the kitchen), but also about your trip or products you want to buy.

    the toilets are clean, really compared to other restaurant toilets where i've been.

    Good for: vegetarians, amazing food and views, clean toilet, good custumer service

    Not good for: people who don't like stairs, Disabled access due to stairs, eating meat
