Lonely Planet review for Lakshmi Narayan Temple
Lakshmi Narayan Temple has a series of marble panels illustrating the central tenets of the Bhagavad Gita and views across the lakes to the minaret-dotted old city. An adjacent museum contains a small collection of local sculptures dating back to the 6th century. For those who don't make it to Bhimbetka, there's a reconstruction of one of the rock shelters.

Dedicated to goddess Lakshmi
rajneesh21_yadav recommends this,
Dedicated to goddess Lakshmi, Birla Mandir is situated atop the Arera Hills, the highest point in Bhopal District. Placed in a hilly terrain, this temple commands a panoramic view of the picture perfect city. Apart from Lakshmi and her husband Vishnu, this temple also houses a beautiful shrine of Lord Shiva, with his wife Parvathi. The serene atmosphere of this magnificient shrine gives spiritual solace to the devotees.
Birla Manir also holds a museum where one could find a rich collection of sculptures that dates back to the 12th century. The temple, with its ancient charm and the surrounding greenery of the rambling loans, provides a divine feeling to the devotee.
My friend, I live in Bhopal and it is the capital of Madhya Pradesh State. I can say I live in the heart of the India because it is in the central part of India.
