    why is the essence still on top!

    Hello,
    I just for 3 months in Kolkata and tried some of restaurants. And today went to Amber and was really shocked. I mean the food could be average but the service is really sloppy. As my food was ready in 5 minutes I discovered that it was really just warmed up!
    Please understand my roght, it is not against the Indian food, I just was really discouraged that this place still on top of Kolkata, beleave me this colorful city has much more to offer! e.g. (probably it will be considered as adv,) but "Oh! Calcutta" in Forum mall has set up a benchmark for me regarding quality, service and prices.

    A trip to the world of good food

    Ahhh...! as one walks into the restaurant, the delicious smell of Biriyani and chap wafts through air and tickles your senses....nothing can be more heavenly and sinfully delicious !
    There's the biriyani, chap, an array of kebabs....choose anything and I'm sure you will never repent for it !
    As you dig into the much fabled biriyani, you get the real taste of India....
    The decor might make you suspicious...but you soon forget everything once you start gorging the fabuolous food !
    Do try the bada-kebab, reshmi-kebab, shammi-kebab, tangri -kebab......and the list goes on
    I'm sure you will wan't to have more and more....as they say "you will have to come back, if you visit aminia once...
