Paratha's( flat bread - which is made with whole-wheat flour, pan fried in ghee or cooking oil and sometimes stuffed with vegetables, such as boiled potatoes, radishes or cauliflower and/or paneer-home made cottage cheese) has become the Staple diet of every Indian.

Well I never knew I could stuff myself with so many of the soft and delicious paratha's until I went into “Only Paratha’s”. My my my!!! I can still smell the aroma of the fried flour & ghee(clarified butter) when the hot baby soft methi ki paratha was served. 

With over 100 combination (based on the stuffing which goes into it) I could hardly stop myself  from trying my hand on each of them, but!!!!!.  The combination on offer was the basic plain paratha to the different variants depending on the stuffing inside (Gobi paratha, methi paratha, muli paratha, aloo paratha, pudina paratha, lacha paratha, etc....). 

Though a bit heavy on the calorie due to the ingredients that goes in making it (like ghee, paneer) but understandingly I would not mind the extra calories for a mouth smearing delicacy. The best option is to try out the methi ki paratha with yogurt or with aam ka achaar(mango pickle). 

Nice place to dine with your family members for its classy ambience and the aroma. Would rate it high for people who would like to eat their heart out, anyways you can go to the gym the next day to burn that extra calories.
