Getting around
Agencies at hotels and around town rent cars from Rs 5 per kilometre for an Ambassador, with a minimum of 250km per day, plus Rs 125 for the driver.
Flag fall on autorickshaws is Rs 12, and Rs 5 per kilometre is charged thereafter. Taxis are meterless, so fares must be negotiated.
