Set amid 30 hectares of luxury, this enormous expanse of manicured Goan perfection has its own 12-hole golf course, and various rooms of varying degrees of decadence. Go for upmarket Indian and Goan cuisine at its signature Jamavar restaurant, or alfresco at Riverside, on the banks of the River Sal, which serves delicious Italian dishes along with a good dollop of la dolce vita.
