    Just walk to the main road like 500 meters for passing buses. Change in Mapusa. Buses run every 30 mins or so.

    Trains also stop at Tivim ( for Mapusa), about 20 klms from Panjim, and a lot closer than Madgaon.

    You will find most everything cept snorkling. Try Madren, exttreme north Goa and there abouts. Access from Mapusa.

    No, the nearest station for Arombol is Pernem, the next station south Tivim, is the stop for Mapusa.
