Hi All, hope all are ok. I will appreciate your advice about this concern that I have.
I will be visiting India during August and September So I want your recommendation about where to Start, is clear to me that I want to visit Goa and the Ladakh region. Which do you think that could be the better route to start?

The only things we do know for sure we will be doing are a sunset/ sunrise Ganges boat cruise any info on the best places to book that would be helpful also .

Although I am aware completely aware that the Indian Rail Pass isn't cheaper than just buying tickets from places to place, I have had a relative offer to pay for it for me and I am not one to say no to free stuff. But I have the predicament that with the pass, do you have to give your reservations with the pass? or can you, whilst in India, book the tickets whilst there?obviously giving a few days (at least) notice as I am aware that the trains fill up quite a bit in advance.
