I will be in India this July/beginning of August and would love to do a 3 or 4 day, moderate trek somewhere with nice weather and beautiful scenery. Thinking Valley of Flowers, but not sure we have enough time, and would love to know other options.
We would have to leave Delhi on Sunday and be back by Wednesday night or Thursday morning. We will not have our own camping gear so it would have to be with a guide that provides gear rentals...
Traveling to Mumbai(my native place) from Delhi with newborn in rainy season, as rain is at heights there. Is it safe to visit this time or I should wait for weather to get better?
I've been trying to get the mobile OTP for some time now.
I followed the instructions given by Seat61 and sent an email requesting the mobile OTP with my passport attached.
I received an email saying:
"Your user id verification process completed successfully.
Please contact us in case you need any further assistance."

Hi, I have read alot from this forum but some advice would still be appreciated for my itinerary.

However, having read more, I think I would find Mysore more interesting than the temples…
Arriving with a flight from Kathmandu and waiting 30 hours in Delhi for my flight to Europe
First flight is with indigo
Second flight with Jetairways
Do you know if I can send ten luggage straight to Europe in Kathmandu?
Or have to pick it up in Delhi, go out through immigration and then check it in again with Jetairways?
Can I stay at the airport?
Hi friends! I am travelling solo in India flying into Kochi early July. I am looking to meet up with other solo travellers who don't mind a bit of a gypsy life. I don't have too many plans and like to stay flexible. What tips and recommendations to others have for me in southern India? Also, looking to volunteer/wwoof on farms or conservation programs :)
I am planning a road trip starting from Manali and want to cover Rohtang pass, Chandratal, and Leh but I have only 8 days in hand . Can anyone help me on this to make it a short and comfortable trip. What's the best way to cover all these places , hiring a car or travel by bus?
I am travelling to India in July and August 2016.
Should I book the following on forehand:
