Snug, smartish Malhotra offers tasty Indian, continental and Chinese food that keeps it busy with a mix of locals and backpackers. Next door is Malhotra’s southern sister, Malhotra’s Dosa Please, with dosas from Rs35.

    Best Breakfast in Paharganj

    Despite the odd mouse dropping you have to brush off the table, this restaurant is definately unbeatable for Paharganj, so much so we visited it several times during our stay in Delhi. Try the speciality omlette - its enough for breakfast and lunch, all for a song! In November 2008 they were renovating the upstairs which should improve the atmosphere.
