Land

Bus

The main terminal in Egilsstaðir is at the camping ground.

Between 1 June and 10 September Ferðaþjónusta Austurlands (472 1515, 852 9250) operates a daily bus to Seyðisfjörður (Ikr700, 40 minutes), with two buses on Wednesday and Thursday. At other times of year, there are six buses per week.

There are up to five Flugfélag Íslands (471 1210; www.airiceland.is) flights daily between Reykjavík and Egilsstaðir (Ikr11, 975).
