Introducing Szolnok
Szolnok is not a pretty city; much of its skyline consists of ugly concrete blocks built for practical, rather than aesthetic, purposes. The centre does, however, have a few old monuments, and the city's thermal spas across the Tisza lend it a calm, almost laid-back feel.
