Sushi An
This tiny sushi bar next to the British embassy in central Pest is great for reasonably priced sushi and sashimi but even better for Japanese sets served with miso soup. But there’s not much more room in here than space to swing the proverbial cat.

Fuji Japán
Above Rózsadomb (pretty much the top shelf of Budapest) in district II, and on the corner of Zöld lomb utca and Zöldkert út, Fuji is a long way to schlep for sushi and sashimi (1900Ft to 5800Ft per piece) and other Japanese dishes like sukiyaki. But this is the most authentic Japanese game in town, judging from the repeat clientele who nip in regularly for noodles and more.
