Lonely Planet review for Fülemüle

This quaint Hungarian restaurant that looks like time stood still just before WWII is quite a find in deepest Józsefváros and well worth the search. Dishes mingle Hungarian and international tastes with some old-style Jewish favourites.

    Great Food, good value, nice atmophere

    grossen recommends this,

    Nice and friendly service speaks good English. Tried the Hungarian and Jewish dishes. Food comes in huge portions and is tasty. There is also some more international cuisine available. Prices are generally fair. Weird atmosphere is a mixture of vintage style bohemia and sparks of modern-day Hungary.
