Lonely Planet review
No doubt members of the aristocratic Zichy family would be pleased to see their one-time residence (dating from the end of the 19th century) spruced up and put to such good use. The ‘palace’ is now a fabulous hotel looking out onto a lovely quiet square. The 80 up-to-the-minute guestrooms are beautifully designed and comfortable, with wooden floors, red glass-topped desks and enormous shower heads. The fitness room and sauna are in the cellar crypt, and the atrium breakfast room was once a central courtyard.
