Lonely Planet review for Király
The four pools here, with water temperatures of between 26°C and 40°C, are genuine Turkish baths erected in 1570 and have a wonderful skylit central dome (though the place is begging for a renovation). Here you get a whopping 1000/500Ft back from your admission deposit if you leave within two/three hours.

great but not the best spa in Budapest
faragob recommends this,
As known Budapest is famous about thermal spas. So i try to visit all major spas. Király is not in my top 3 but i cannot say it is a bad place. The water is nice and warm, rich in minerals. Have to be careful about the silver jewels because it became brown in the water. So better not carry into the pool. It was a little difficult to find the way from the changing room to the pools. but it worth to find the warm mineral water. :)
Sitting in the warm water is the best way to find the inner peace and relax :)
After a bath a massage can be perfect, we find a nice thai massage salon http://thai-masszazs.net I also can recomend.Good for: natural thermal water

old school spa
binabery recommends this,
On our mission to visit europes spas, this was definitly an experiance we were looking for. If you are looking for a spa with the trimmings this is not for you. however the sauna i found inspiring with windows on the celing and i was all alone (monday women only day in sept) floating in the middle bath like a starfish looking at the coloured glass was also amazing. being the explorer i am i walked along the shower up the stairs on the opposite side to a open verranda door where you can see the street below, then into the relax room i can only describe this as campbeds with a natural fiber blanket the other end of which is where you have your massarge (book as you pay for spa otherwise you have to hand your money to the attendent who goes to the kiosk for you) be warned the massarge area is open plan to the relax area. having said this my compainion managed to sleep in the relax room !!
