Getting there & away
Siguatepeque’s buses leave from west of Plaza San Pablo. Most leave from a large walled lot at the corner of El Boulevard and Calle 21 de Junio, or just outside of it. You can also catch Tegucigalpa- and San Pedro Sula-bound buses at the highway.
Tegucigalpa US$2.25, 2½ hours, 5:15am to 5pm, hourly
San Pedro Sula US$2.50, 2¾ hours, 4:40am to 4:10pm, every 45 minutes
Comayagua US$1.05, 40 minutes, 6am to 5:15pm, every 15 minutes, use ‘Directos Rapiditos’
La Esperanza US$2, 1½ hours, 5:30am & 7am, in front of the Hospedaje Central, a half-block from the terminal. After that, take a taxi (US$1) to La Esperanza turnoff, where buses leave at 8:30am, 9:30am, 11am and noon.
