Lonely Planet review

The best spot in town to meet fellow travelers, this unique hostel also has some of the best bunk rooms in all of Honduras. The cold-water private rooms probably aren’t worth the price. There’s also a huge fully equipped kitchen for guests. Linens, towels, soap, a locker and internet access are included in the daily rate. The hostel’s owners are super friendly.

Our independent authors have visited Tamarindo Hostel and selected this as one of our recommended hostels in San Pedro Sula.
