A low-key island institution popular with long-term gringos and locals that offers excellent island-style roast chicken (a quarter is L120) plus shrimp and fish mains. Choose from eight different side dishes (including coconut rice and carrot salad) to accompany your main. Round it off with a slab of rumcake and you're set. Space is limited: you dine on an open-sided deck facing the beach.
