In Comayagüela, you can find just about anything for sale in the chaotic Mercado San Isidro, excellent artesanía included. However, there's a Catch-22: pickpocketing and snatch-and-run theft are common, and the market is the last place you want to carry anything valuable, especially a wad of money.
