  10. Tuty's

This gleaming air-cooled pastry and licuado (smoothie) shop and the hot cramped chicken place next door are one and the same - a culinary Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. The chicken place serves up good greasy meals: the breakfast and lunch specials are a steal. Just sit somewhere where the industrial-strength fans hit you, so you don't sweat off everything you just ate. A licuado from next door also helps.
