Booked a flight, hired a car, but you've still got some unanswered questions? Right this way.

What is Lonely Planet travel services?

Who provides the actual services?

We've selected a number of travel companies (providers) ideally suited to service the needs of independent travellers. All the services you purchase through Lonely Planet travel services are provided by the travel companies themselves and not by Lonely Planet. When you purchase a service through a provider, it is that providers responsibility to observe all fulfilment, billing and customer service. We recommend you check the providers' terms and conditions before you make a booking.

Why did you pick these providers?

We chose these providers because we believe that they offer services ideally suited to independent travel. From staying in touch while on the road to finding the perfect place to bunk down, our providers have the expertise you need to help plan your next adventure. And if that doesn't grab you, the great deals and friendly, professional service will.

We've taken every effort to select the best, but cannot guarantee that every provider will meet your price and service expectations. Remember that delivery of all services is the provider's responsibility and not Lonely Planet's.

If you need help or have a complaint about any service you have purchased through Lonely Planet travel services, please contact the provider (see below for how to get direct help).
