Really good coffee has finally made it to San Pedro thanks to this little Italian restaurant/café/bakery. Also on offer are some good basic pastas and excellent homemade breads and pastries.

    Cheese Glorious Brie

    Yes, Fata Morgana has good coffee and decent pastries but for me it was all about the Brie. Central America is lacking in cheese in general so these crusty baguette sandwiches with fresh tomatoes and a generous serving of Brie are the perfect antidote for the cheese longing that affects most western travelers and me specifically.
    Open from 5 pm to 11 pm or until everything is gone. Fata Morgana also has some tasty pasta and pizza.
