Lonely Planet review
Massively unimpressive from the outside, this friendly little budget hotel has hidden charms. They conceal themselves quite well behind the street-front travel agent and Internet cafe.
Follow the snaking passageway out the back, which opens onto a lovely communal courtyard. Shady tables with umbrellas, benches and hammocks are nestled among the lush gardens, making this a favourite study spot for Spanish students. Rooms aren't huge but are comfortable enough without going over the top. The shared bathrooms are immaculate and have solar-heated showers. A well-equipped kitchen is available for guest use. The best rooms are upstairs, where you'll have a bit more privacy, mountain views and plenty of light and ventilation.
