Don't you hate it when you check out a much touted "old/ancient" attraction only to find out it has long been re-constructed for tourist?
I sure do. And then I realized that the one sure place you can find authentic and untouched places are graveyards!
From then on I never fail to visit graveyards and have seen really old crypts in their untouched state.
If you do this too and have photos, please share it and maybe we can convert other backpackers to be graveyard-goers too. :-)
