travelling solo next year march-june to Vietnam, laos, cambodia, thailand, malaysia, indonesia, phillippines and HK. Any suggestions?

myeon_82 when u visit malaysia make sure u also visit sabah borneo, they called it the land below the wind its in east malaysia actually..i recommend u to go the island in sabah .cheers!!

invmatrix spend more time in vietnam (saigon) and philippines (manila and cebu) =) cultural and historical landscape are superb!

franzi85 U may wanna check into the safety situation in PARTS of the Phillipines. Sounds like my list of countries for 2011. Will you do it overland or by flight connections? Would u mind sharing where u are at w/your preparations? How much are you preparing?
sanarizvi Hi Franzi. The trip starts in March 2010 and most of it is being done by land connections as far as possible. I have read up as much as possible on all the countries and the route that I would like to take is almost pretty certain but then I again i dont want to plan too much and kind of go with the flow. Will check on phillipines right before I head there in June!!
smojdan Hi! Will be landing 8th of march in Bangkok and travel to cambodia and then to Vietnam. Heading down to malaysia mid april and borneo. If we+re crossing paths would be fun to meet up..
