Liverpool street is beautiful, I agree. For me, one of the most attractive things about stations (over airports) is the tawdriness of them. The mixture of neon modern and beautiful, old architecture is a part of it somehow :) M&S doesn't bother me as much in a station as it does in an airport, bizzarely.
