My favourite breakfast is Pho (noodle soup) in Vietnam. When I first visited 5yrs ago it was offered at every hotel for breakfast. I was disappointed this visit to find most hotels have now taken it off the breakfast menu (I suppose due to Western taste) so I had to go out to get it.
