Jericoacoara... in the state of Ceara - Brazil. It´s a fisherman village with about 1000 people including the tourists. You need a fourwheel drive and about 1 hour driving through the dunes and sandy road. It is really amazing!!!

This group is for people who spend their travels searching for the mighty finest beaches of the world. Whether you do it consiously or you've only just realised by reading this that everytime you decide where to go next, in the back of your mind you are thinking about white sand/aqua waters/sandy coves/fine surf/stunning cliffs/palm trees, then this group is for you. Share pics and experiences and get inspired about all the millions of beaches we have yet to factor into our quests that others may rate the highest! Also interested to hear your criteria for a perfect beach - is it secludedness, is it finess/whiteness of sand (or yellowness/blackness/pebbliness) or rocky outcrops, or caves, or surf, or the party scene, or the sunsets, safety, rockpools - or is the very finest beach a mixture of all of those? All important questions!
