Hi, this'll be my first time backpacking alone-- any tips (whether safety, or just places to see) for Western Kenya, and Uganda? So far on the itinerary: Masai Mara, Kisumu
also, if anyone is interested in meeting up for a day trip, let me know--
i'll be in the area Aug 24 to Sep 13, and i'm working out the in-between details now.
