Locals tout the lamb and pork souvlakia as the best in Kalambaka, and for good reason; Kostas, the owner and cook, was a butcher in town years before opening O Skaros.

    This is the worst lamb souvlaki I ever ate

    berkayergul does not recommend this,

    We are travelling around the world by using lonely planet for many years. For the first time the restaurant was very disapointing. The lamb meat which the Greeks call souvlaki was like a chewing gum. We left most of it on the table.
