Description provided by property

Offering stunning sea and countryside views, this attractive hotel complex is situated around an authentic 18th century windmill on the beautiful island of Sifnos. On the edge of the attractive village of Artemonas, the hotel offers spacious accommodation with kitchenettes for added convenience. A cafe-bar provides constant refreshment, while you can also unwind in the swimming pool equipped with hydro-massage. Experienced riders can explore the village with Manama, the hotel's own Arabian horse, or you can even stay indoors and take a few Greek lessons in an informal atmosphere.

The Windmill Bella Vista stands tall upon a hill, giving superb views of the Aegean Sea, the Cyclades Islands and the beautiful villages and countryside that surrounds Artemonas. Built in the 18th century, the windmill itself was originally an important commodity for the island, processing a large volume of produce for the inhabitants. After being left redundant in the 1950s, it quickly fell into disrepair, but work began in 1997 to restore it. Today, the windmill itself is the centrepiece of the hotel, offering you the chance to stay within its newly restored walls. It is complemented by a number of whitewashed studios and apartments, constructed in true Sifnos style with traditional stone architecture.
