An artist squat in GDR times, Raskolnikoff still brims with artsy-bohemian flair. The menu is sorted by compass direction (borscht to fish soup and steak) and in summer, the sweet little beer garden beckons. The beer comes from the Neustadt-based Schwingheuer brewery and is a steal at €2.40 per half litre. Upstairs are eight basic but handsomely done-up rooms (doubles €52 to €70).
