Regarding this, i would like to ask whether the 15 or 30-day pass is valid for straight 15 days once I start traveling or the validity can be stretched "inconsecutively"? Thank you. :D
My friend and I are trying to take a day trip from Munich to go hiking/be one with nature. Does anyone have any specific place they recommend?

I am spending the next few weeks in Freiburg and am hoping to go hiking on the weekends. I would prefer hikes that can be accomplished in one day since I don't have any of the necessary equipment for more serious backpacking with me in Germany. So far I have received recommendations from people in Freiburg to try hiking to the Waldrestaurants St. Otillien on Schlossberg and St. Valentin on Schauinsland, as well as to hike up Schauinsland and then take the Schauinslandbahn down.

I'm planning a trip to Europe and I have a friend that lives in Prague and one that lives in Berlin. We are planning to all get together in one of these cities. I've never been to Europe before, but I'll be coming from the UK.
I know I can google and figure out the attractions, prices etc., but I'm curious which one is your favorite and why.
