Kulturhaus Karlstorbahnhof
This cutting edge cultural centre offers a variety of nightlife options including: concerts (held at 9pm; tickets cost €8 to €30), art-house cinema, screening non-dubbed films, and theatre performances (some of which are in English). There's also a hugely popular disco, Klub K, whose DJs play everything from techno and dubstep to indie rock for a mixed crowd, most in the 18-to-40 age group. There's no dress code. Germany's largest Jazz festival, Enjoy Jazz, also takes place here every fall.
