Lonely Planet review for Kasbah
Take your tastebuds on a magic carpet ride at this exotic salon where owner Driss welcomes each guest with a big smile. Eating here is a sensory immersion that starts with rinsing your hands in rosewater before digging into such tasty treats as flaky b'stilla (chicken-stuffed filo) or tangy tagine (stew). The Moroccan wine is excellent too.

Old tricks never pay
bebra recommends this,
I have been there once. The food is quite good (though not amazing) and prices are in the mid-range (some 25 Euros for a starter, main, water and final liquour). The service was nice in general, but what really irritated me was that I was served tap water in a bottle and charged 5 euros for it. I am pretty sure they played the good old 'tap water in the mineral water bottle' trick to me as: 1) the water did not taste like mineral one at all; 2) the waiter did not open the bottle in front of me; 3) I confirmed by ordering a glass of tap water in the end, which tasted exactly the same as the 'mineral' one.
I didn't make a scene but decided not to tip a single cent. It is a pity that they should play these old tricks as the restaurant is not bad otherwise.Good for: Romance, Groups, Solo Travellers, Families
