    Brel

Belgian cult crooner Jacques Brel is the namesake of this smart-existentialist corner bistro located in a former bordello. During the day, bleary-eyed boho regulars place orders for coffee and croissants, while suits and tourists take advantage of the three-course €9 lunches. During moules et frites (mussels and French fries) season (September to February) the place is often packed with Belgian expats. Breakfast is available until 6pm.
