The East German film elite once held movie premieres in this 1960s cinema, whose cavalcade of glass chandeliers, glitter curtains and parquet floors is a show in itself. Some movies are screened in the original language, usually English. Monday is ‘MonGay' with gay-themed classics, imports and previews. The space is also used for glamtastic monthly lesbigay parties such as Klub International and Girls Town.
