Is it art? Is it a cafe? Answer: it’s both. The glass-and-chrome cube in the courtyard of the Kunst-Werke art institute was dreamed up by US artist Dan Graham and is a suitably edgy – if self-service – refuelling stop on any Scheunenviertel saunter.
