Puro has quite literally raised the bar in Charlottenburg – by moving it to the 20th floor of the Europa Center, that is. Trade Berlin funky-trash for sleek decor, fabulous views and high-heeled hotties. The crowd skews young but moneyed. Dress up or forget about it.
