Lonely Planet review for Uni-Café

This is a hugely popular student hang-out on the lively Neubaustrasse strip. It has two floors of chilled-out clientele who come for the cheap snacks, cool music and - most of all - some fun.

    Good breakfasts, not so good dinners, coffee is hit or miss

    MissLings does not recommend this,

    Unicafé is a relaxed, casual place with a nice atmosphere. It's situated in a convenient location and provides good value for money. However, the quality of the food and coffee is a bit hir or miss. The times we have been there for breakfast, we have quite enjoyed it. But when we went there for dinner the other night, the food was mediocre to say the least, and the coffee was burnt and bitter. I think we will be looking for a new cafe to hang out at.
