Built in 1933, Dachau was the first Nazi concentration camp. Jews, political prisoners, homosexuals and others deemed 'undesirable' by the Third Reich were imprisoned here. More than 30,000 people died here. An English-language documentary is shown at 11:30, 14:00 and 15:30. A visit includes camp relics, a memorial and a very sobering museum.
