The dynamic choice of Versailles’ sometimes stuffy dining scene: this young funky Korean quick-eat joint with designer green-and-white interior and the grooviest stainless-steel cutlery in the Île de France cooks up California rolls stuffed with imaginative combos. Good choice of vegetarian dishes.
