Bus

Get info on local buses at Espace SIBRA (04 50 10 04 04; www.sibra.fr ; 21 rue de la Gare; 7.30am-7pm Mon-Fri, 9am-noon & 2-5pm Sat) opposite the bus station. Buses run between 6am to 8pm and a single ticket/day pass/carnet of 10 costs €1/2.60/8.80.

Bicycle

Bicycles & rollerblades

Bikes can be hired from Vélonecy (04 50 51 38 90; place de la Gare; 9.30am-noon & 1.30-6.30pm Mon-Sat Apr-Sep, 9am-noon & 1-6pm Thu-Sat Oct-Mar), situated at the train station, for €6/10 per half-/full day.

Roul’ ma Poule (04 50 27 86 83; www.roulmapoule.com in French; 4 rue des Marquisats; 9am-noon & 1.30-7.30pm Mar-Jun & Sep, 9am-7.30pm Jul & Aug) rents rollerblades (€8/12 per half-/full day), bikes (€7/11), tandems (€16/25) and trailers (€4/6).

Near the Impérial at the start of the lakeside cycling path, Station Roller (04 50 66 04 99; www.roller-golf-annecy.com in French; 2 av du Petit Port; 9am-10pm) is another bike and blade outlet.
