The service may be excruciatingly slow at peak times, but you can savour the delightful harbourside setting from the terrace. It's all about seafood here at the water's edge, with dishes including dorado à l'espagnole and grilled cod with chorizo.

    Service ridiculously slow Poor food quality & management

    Le Corsaire is in a brilliant location however that is where it ends. Service is very slow and simple things such as a waiter pouring wine does not occur. 1 hour + for a main course is totally unacceptable yet the management remained unconcerned. Food quality was patchy great oysters, prawn dish nothing to write about and Salmon a poor reflection of French seafood. Management when alerted to problem simply shrugged. If you are an English speaker forget it you will be ignored and treated poorly. There are many other restaurants in Biarittz try them!
