Perched on the edge of the corniche, with magnificent views of the Château d’If, Péron is one of Marseille’s top tables. The seafood-heavy menu (think marinated tuna, scallops with lemon polenta) is phenomenal; book before dark to watch the sunset.

    Absolutely Amazing!!!!!

    We were fortunate enough to stumble upon the Peron Restaurant, after our cab dropped us off at a nearby restaurant that was closed. And we could not have been more pleased.
    It was a warm Monday night and we were very happy to see this restaurant open, we were warmly welcomed, by one of the best hostess I have ever encountered. The food was nothing short of amazing and well worth the money. Our waiter was great, he was friendly and did not let us feel out of place when we carried on our dinner speaking shaky French and mostly English.
    The hostess, extremely warm and friendly, offering places to visit in Marseille (which were great recommendations), chatted with us about our visit making us feel very welcomed and called us a cab that arrived in perfect time.
    I would absolutely recommend this restaurant, a must visit in Marseille. For the food, staff and the view that you just have to see for yourself! Amazing!
