Lonely Planet review
Nothing to do with the Paris design house, this excellent-value hotel has a rooftop terrace with panoramic Vieux Port views. Grab breakfast (€9) on a tray in the bright ground-floor breakfast room and ride the lift to the 5th floor for breakfast à la rooftop. Contemporary rooms have white walls and a splash of lime-green or red to compliment their Scandinavian-like design.
Our independent authors have visited Hôtel Hermès and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Marseille.
